Your Hearing covers the whole of the UK and Ireland with our network of independent hearing aid audiologists and all our audiologists are qualified and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPH). 

Wherever you live, we’ll have someone near to you - usually 2-3 audiologists in your area. We offer the choice of appointments either in a shop/clinic or in the comfort of your own home for free.

At our company, we take pride in providing exceptional service to our clients. That's why all our hearing aid audiologists offer free home visits with no additional charges. Wherever you are, we'll come to you, ensuring your convenience and comfort.

It's essential to note that some other companies might not extend this convenient service and may even discourage it. But at our company, we believe in putting our clients' needs first, making sure you receive the care you deserve in the most convenient way possible.

Benefits of home visits and expert advice

Hearing aid adjustments are most effective when done in the environment where you'll use the devices — typically, your home. This allows for real-time fine-tuning, avoiding the common issue of adjustments not being fully effective until you're back home.  Many hearing aids also include wireless features that require in-person setup, such as connecting to your TV or phone, which can’t easily be done remotely.

For those who find travel difficult, we offer free home visits for all follow-up appointments, included in the cost of the hearing aids. This ensures ongoing care throughout the lifespan of your devices.  Our local audiologists can respond quickly if you need urgent assistance, and most homes provide a quiet enough setting for accurate hearing tests using portable equipment — no need for soundproof booths.
