We use this information to give you the best possible advice and if appropriate put you in touch with a hearing aid audiologist to meet you with a face-to-face appointment. We only pass on that information once we have had a telephone conversation or email dialogue and gained consent from you to pass on your information to a chosen hearing aid audiologist who then may contact you directly by telephone, email or sms.
Whilst using our website some users may request a quotation for hearing aid insurance, all quotations are administered by Assetsure and their privacy policy can be viewed here - https://www.assetsure.com/privacy-policy/ The information you submit will be stored by us and provided to our insurance partner Assetsure to contact you. We will not share your data with any other third parties.
We may from time to time send promotional emails with information we deem you will find relevant, at any point all emailed newsletters have an unsubscribe feature you can action should you wish to stop receiving such communications. This does not apply should you then contact us in regard to our hearing aid service in which case we would only use your information to satisfy your enquiry and use telephone, email or sms to contact you.
